Good movie but not what i was expecting.. Disney messed this franchise up. Very disappointing.

Tried to watch it an it keeps glitching multiple times through out the movie. Blu ray is fine 4k not so much

The 4K visuals and amazing sound are here as always with any Star Wars film, but this film is really bad.

Movie is as horrible as all the franchise fan complaints indicated. Does J.J. Abrams have an original idea in his head? Come on!! Another idiotic movie about stopping a planet destroying evil doer? Sorry but slapping together a bunch of CGI action scenes does not a movie make.

Not a great movie.The story went down hill after the force awakens, kinda a let down after so many years.

The movie isn't very good, but I'm not going to have Episodes 1-8 on my shelf and not have 9.

What a complete waste and terrible way to end a new trilogy of the Skywalker saga. So disappointed.

This movie have good sound that's it i bought it to had to the collection that's all i have to say...

Bad disc. Just bought a new Panasonic ub420 4k player today, along with The Rise of Skywalker and Mulan on UHD. Mulan plays just fine. Rise of Skywalker immediately initiates a message saying “copyright violation”. Tried powering off the player and giving it time. No luck. It’s a bad copy. I’ve heard of several people with this issue.

This was such an odd movie for me. I was incredibly hyped and optimistic about this movie, but it failed from the beginning. You could tell the writers basically ignored the other movies and opinions of the canon people as if the writers locked themselves away in a cabin for a weekend. A disappointing end to the sequel trilogy.

Do not know why the blue-ray disc does not play on my Sony 4k streaming DVD player.

The movie is alright. Not great. Disney did poor job with this franchise. But still alright.

I ordered this Blue -Ray on 4/3/20 , received tracking notice that item was going to arrive earlier than expected on 4/8/20, a few days later checked tracking and now is still in transit, item was picked up from Westland store in Michigan and sent to Greensboro NC not sure where it is at currently. Post date of review 4/20/20

Purchased to verify it was as bad as in theater. It is just the worst.

Disney has no idea how to make a Star Wars Movie! They blew this one!

This movie is awful. It openly contradicts previous established character motivations and lore. Riddled with plot holes and contrived moments to move the near absent story along. It’s clear that there was no plan to this trilogy. What a waste. It tarnished the very franchise it pretends to be.

There was no menu selection to get to the advertised special features

This movie was slow and boring. Very predictable and cookie cutter.

Did have a surprise ending and a lot of action it seemed to drag.
