Good Coffee but bad BB Service

But BB sent out packet which was dated as best by Nov 8 and I received it on Nov 7. That is why 3 stars. So I returned it and BB executive helped me out in new order with same discount which was offered in their "Deals of the Day" What I realized it, to sell all old inventory, BB offered discount on K-cups.
