It makes a good cup of coffee but I have had other brands I liked better.

This is my 3rd attempt to purchase coffee from a different store, however, the coffee has expired already when I picked it up. Not sure how I can get fresh coffee from Bestbuy.

Best Buy sent me kcups that show expiration date from 2 months ago! Old packaging and old coffee so I'm not sure if that is why it tasted not-so-good or if Sumatra and Café Verona just have a better flavor.

It has a good flavor but it's too strong for my taste.

I always try to look at the best of things, but this time I just can't. I usually drink black coffee and half of one Splenda spoon; For this, I tried adding cream, more sugar, more water, but it was simply undrinkable.

Great price for Starbucks K-Cups, now I know why. They were already expired when I received them. Only by a few days, but still expired.

Place order on 10/21/2020 , package arrived on 10/24/2020. The items expire 10/25/2020. Never buy this item online.

I ordered this coffee on a deal of the day. When the coffee arrived at my home, I found that the "Best By" dates had passed. I contacted customer service about this and they reshipped the coffee. When the replacements arrived, they too had "Best By" dates that had passed. I then had to package everything up and take it to UPS to return it. I invested a couple of hours on the phone and a trip to the UPS store and still had no coffee.

I would normally give this 5 stars as this is one of my favorite Starbuck variety of k-cup pods but both of the boxes I received showed sell by date of 10/27/20 (or rather "best buy date"). Since I ordered them in early December this alone was very disappointing. It's one thing if you are in the store and see a sale and can examine the box but since this was an online order that wasn't possible nor indicated when I ordered.

we all know Starbucks can be counted on for full flavor coffee, but, this French Roast brew is pretty bad...too strong..burnt taste flavor. Sorry but I'm out on this one.

This is my last purchase of Starbucks K-cup. They cost a premium and there are many other dark roasts that taste just as good or better and are more economical.
