Great coffee..horrible packaging!

As a result, during delivery the box was bent and torn. About 5 or 6 of the coffee packets fell out and were twisted, cracked, making them unusable in our instant coffee maker. We ended up opening them and mixed with our open container of other coffee, so no big tragedy. But it was aggravating just the same. Should have been shipped in some sort of protective box instead.
