It's one of my favorite movies. As soon as it arrived I watched the movie. Michelle Pfeiffer with this character has become one of my favorite witches.

It's great to have Stardust on Blu-ray, especially since it's hard to find on streaming services. That way, whenever I need a good comfort movie I have it always available.

Great fantasy fare with an excellent cast. Infinitely rewatchable.

If you are a book-over-the-movie-every-time person, you may not agree, but the movie grabs your interest from the first scene and doesn't let go, which I didn't get from the book. The relationship between the main characters grows pretty quickly in retrospect, but you are so caught up in the story and adventure, that you just don't care! Most of the casting was superb, with large performances without being too over the top, which added to the overall magic of the film. If you liked The Princess Bride, you should give this movie a try. You almost want to root out loud for the hero in several places, and revel when the bad guys get theirs!

Wonderful fantasy/romantic adventure. Director Matthew Vaughn created a classic that will/should be placed side by side with the The Princess Bride. Great picture and informative special features. A must have!

This is a lesser known film, but it is very fun and imaginative. With an all star cast, adults and children will find this movie enchanting.

This movie is amazing. It is by far my favorite movie ever. It's one of those rare movies that is better than the story it is based upon.

Definitely one of my top picks, for fantasy genre!!

I was intrigued by the casting of Danes, De Niro & Pfeiffer, who was cast as an evil witch, acting along with other good thespians in more of a supporting role. I was impressed with the hero who I'd never seen before, & how he was able to hold his own when paired with someone like De Niro who was something of a scene-stealer ! Pfeiffer's role was dark, & well-played by her as she sought to end the hero's quest. I couldn't help but be charmed by Dane's ethereal quality & wit as she played the heroine. Miller was put on a pedestal by the hero, who set off on a quest to find a "star" for her, but ended up finding much more in the journey.

i saw this movie on opening weekend with my 8 year old daughter. the theater we went to was packed for the showing of stardust. i noticed that my daughters eyes were glued to the screen and that she was laughing at every funny thing that happened to tristan and Yvaine. we both just loved Robert De Niro's rendition of the pirate captain and we both thought that Michelle Pfeiffer as the old witch Lamia was really great acting. if you do not get this movie you will be missing out on one of the best movies of 2007.
