Card was no good $100.00 tried contacting valve no response.

Product was fine. But issue is that merchant only had one line open. Totally do not understand stand why. I don’t understand your costumer services. Person at register was very friendly even though he was in a stressful position.

No money on card this sucks I can't get My Money back

Bought steam cards for a family that has a child battling cancer, and I video chatted them and in video chat scratched cards to reveal codes and when they tried to redeem to add to there account, it said they were already USED... they were the only ones that received the codes and they watched me scratch the back and show them right away... I watched them login in to there steam account and put in to redeem and saw the message pop up saying “ already used” Apparently I can’t get ny money back that I raised for them with a fundraiser while they are in another state with their child is battling cancer, I still have the cards and receipt... my iPad doesn’t take good pics..

Steam is ok. Another account another gift card to buy honestly.

Not happy with this card, the line didn’t get separated well and now one number is deleted from it. Not sure how to proceed further or how to get my money back.

Bought 2 steam $100 cards one good one bad. the manager said take it up with steam. she opened a new pack before my eyes i bought 2 steam $50 cards one good and one bad. These cards are the biggest ripoff that best buy has. Steam should be investigated by the FBI and justice dept. Need a class action law suite!

Bought cards and found out they were bad it was for over $100.00

It is not working with all Steam Accounts. I bought 2 Gift Cards and spent 50 dollars for nothing. And there is no warning on the cards either. Another thing is the cards are too old (from 2017) and maybe this was the reason. Best Buy needs to solve this issue to not to frustrate customers.

Never buy, it is a ripoff. They take your money and leave you with no alternatives.

The 2 cards I bought has been redeemed I was not able to use the cards

Recently bought one of these cards and for whatever reason would not activate! Its happened before! I like using this card cause you can set the amount or value of card but to lose my money is robbery and seems no solution to retrieve my money!

Do not purchase this!!! When the code was entered it said it was already redeemed. Talked to both Best Buy and Steam and they both said they couldnt do anything. Not worth the hassle. Avoid it like its got Covid 19.

These steam cards suck I spent 400.00 on two card that were not good I will never shop Best Buy ever again This is not the first time this has happened with these steam cards And your store won’t even cover my loss

The Steam Card was bad and I thought to make a purchase another Steam card for $200 dollars again and it was bad again. So I just lost $400 dollars on bad Steam gift cards.

I can't return back. I was misinformed. I bought the oculus and I asked for a card to buy games and the staff recommend me this card and now I can't use it.

The gift card sticker ripped off the account number of the card and we have no way to redeem it. That was a bad $70 purchase!
