Please tell me why bestbuy decided to put a price sticker directly on the artwork? Also mine was slightly damage when received.

Never again will I make the mistake of buying anything with this company. Imagine being so incredibly incompetent that you botch a release of a long awaited game and make hundreds of people wait weeks after the release to receive their game. That's what these idiots decided to do. And the worst part was that they refused to honor returns because they shipped us an empty case. I got this for my husband for his birthday and thanks to you chucklefux, he had to wait for his gift.

This is a preorder bonus that I have not received for a game I received a week late. As it stands, there was no reason to preorder through Best Buy. I should have bought through a digital store so that I could have preloaded the game before the premiere and played on time. Instead I waited a week extra for it to arrive and then the preorder bonus still has not arrived after almost 3 weeks. ( I preordered on 12-3). This was a learning experience and I shall keep it in mind.

Arrived completely destroyed. Online support was worthless and couldn't get a replacement ordered.

Didnt get it! I extended the pick up window because of the distance i live from the store i knew i wouldnt be able to get it in the first window. Then 2 days before the deadline someone with my "name" picked it up instead. I called the store and wasn't helped that well. They insisted that it was I that picked it up and not someone else which leads me to believe that it was one of the employees that picked it up for themselves

Not sure what the point of this is. It is just a fancy case for the game. It came with our new Xbox package. I would never have spent money on it.

1st off this steel book was very hard to obtain they messed up my order so many times. They told me my order was ready for pick up when I got there it was never there. it took me 3 attempts to get my steel book. once I got the book it was unwrapped why would they give me unwrapped steelbook it felt like it was used. How do they know that I wanted it opened. suppose I'm just a collector and wanted it wrapped in plastic

steelbook came preowned and scratched up with a sticker slapped on it. not good for collectors

Not sure I needed this, but it came for free, so why not? But wha's it for? I'm assuming it's just a collector's box.

Came free with purchase but Best Buy wanted to charge me $20 if I did not return it with the ps4 game, so I returned it. Useless stuff.

I received the Maelstrom steelbook version as a free bonus for pre-ordering Cyberpunk 2077. I would not pay money for this otherwise.

Got the SteelBook for free with the game. SteelBook quality is fine, don't care for the artwork, didn't need the clutter.

Not at all happy with the steel case. Seems a lot cheaper made than other steelcases I own. Wouldn’t go out of my to buy it again.

I got it because it was a free gift but you can’t even fit the actual game booklets in it.

They put a sticker on it when they mailed it :/. Came off with Goo Gone, but still disappointing

I think this game is complete garbage. Put about 50 hours in it and simply lather, rinse, repeat. Boooring.

Steel book was awesome, the game, not so great. Lots of bugs, glitches, and crashes all the time.

Extra box for my game. Now if I wear out the first game box I’ll have a backup.

Pretty bad game the steel case is fine though and it looks good it looks better than the game is.
