It just came with the game I bought. hard case but why such a giant case for such a small game

I've played every game since the original Red/Blue. This one is a disappointment. It could have been so much more. It feels rushed. It feels like a Sun/Moon clone. Animations don't look like a Nintendo Switch game. Graphics, even for a Pokemon game, should be a lot better than they are. The elimination of the National Dex is something I learned to get over, but not being able to use GTS like in most previous titles leaves a lot to be desired from this game. Very underwhelmed.

It was free with the game purchase, I haven't used it yet, but nice to have just incase I lose a game case.
