Buy the game and get the book free. Hope you read this before purchasing. Apart from that, its great but being sold for 40 alone.

It's literally an extra box for a tiny game??? Was hoping for a Switch case but a game case seems useless to me.

No game, took it back to Best Buy. Bought the game for $45 but if I wanted the case would still have to pay $40 for it. Wow, even though it is marked not for individual resale. GameStop better value for video games, don't charge extra for perks.
