Got it shipped un the mail and steelbook came with a dent :/ Better shipping measures with steelbooks are a must

Movie was shipped in a unacceptable white envelope just like The Flash, which arrived damged. I was happy that there was no damged on spider - verse, but unhappy the way it was shipped, this is very unlikely. Probably best buy will not pay attention to this but I just want to express my experience

The movie was good and it was my 1st time seeing it.

Steelbook is solid, looks nice. not a huge fan of the film, prefer the first one. But its an ok watch.

The move looks amazing and great to have it at home. I bought the steelbook, thinking the design was temporary since the movie was still in theaters. WRONG! Reused and repainted poses, inaccurate designs from what was in the movie.

Would be a five star review if the movie wasn’t packaged in a big box with no protection

It might just be me but the streamed version seemed to be better than the actual disk

5 Stars for the film itself and -4 stars for the SteelBook. Don't buy this. The artist just lifted artwork from different sources, primarily the PS4 game, and called it a day. On top of that there's no slip cover. The label with the film's title and the info on the back is just glossy paper that was held by the plastic wrap.

You need to fire whoever made this cover. Plagiarized/stolen art. I’m surprised they didn’t just use AI and call it a day. I wouldn’t have preordered this if Amazon had their 4K version available to at the time. Debating returning this travesty of a steelbook.

Guess I got unlucky and received a defective disc (4K Disc). Movie gets to about chapter 6 and locks up. Have tried it on another player of different brand, same problem. Had to pop in the regular Bluray disc to finish the movie, it being my first time seeing it, but without the HDR and 4K quality.

This is regarding the quality of the 4k UltraHd disc. The 4k disc skips and freezes throughout the film. It is clearly defective. The bluray disc works fine. Unfortunately I do not have time to watch all the movies I preorder within the return window and now I'm stuck with a useless 4k disc. Surprisingly, the Steelbook came in mint condition, as Best Buy as a record of poor shipping and they normally arrive damaged.

This is a fantastic film but the cover art for the steelbook is really bad. Spider Punk is completely wrong and spider Woman’s kin colors is changed which is most upsetting.

Probably the worst and most phoned in artwork for a movie as spectacular as Across The Spider-Verse. Most of the characters are just copied and pasted from the 2018 Spider-Man game, as well as a couple of errors for the other characters that are actually in the movie. And sadly, this SteelBook is lacking so much creative appeal inside and out, this deserved so much better.

This movie is legit one of my favorites of all time but this artwork is terrible

Do not trust that bestbuy will give you an undamage products. This is my second time ordering something and I've received a damage product. Go into the store inspect the item you're buying for yourself.
