It was the wire that was coming loose and nothing we could do to fix it. Customer service tried but it didn’t help.

It doesn’t have too many buttons and it glides across the desk with ease. My biggest problem is that you are spending a decent amount of money for something that will eventually break easily. The build quality seemed good, but the mesh towards the left and right mouse buttons eventually gives out due to constant use and the buttons just fall off. I am still a huge steel series fan, but this mouse kind of disappointed me.
