Unfortunately I have to give this product a 1*. Almost hit the 1 month mark and after having connection issues the mouse it finally bricked itself. I thought it was dead, but it would not charge or come up when plugged into the computer. Was able to return to BestBuy, but had it been after my return period it would have made me more upset. Have seen numerous issues on reddit about this mouse and unfortunately I was also a victim. Will be going back to my G502 until I find a decent wireless mouse.

Mouse had problems staying connected to my PC. Only had for a few days total of usage before I started having connection issues.

I got this as a gift for my gf, and she liked it so it gets a thumbs up from this heterosexual male

Rgb didnt really work it would be on while not moving but go black when moving and it dies fast

The mouse is good for the first month or 2, but once its been used quite a bit, it starts to jitter and stutter. The mouse does not slide smoothly. I was very disappointed. Dont waste your money.

This mouse is awful. I've had it for a year and it's completely stopped working. It always disconnects when wireless and stopped working wired as well. Steer clear of steel series and buy a reputable brand.

Its pretty decent a little worth the money i can’t remember the last time i had to charge it

Garbage mouse that stopped working within six months. I’m a gamer and I use my mouse all day every day, this mouse isn’t made to be used every day.

Great weight and shape let down by the most faulty scroll wheel design I have seen. Two units both had the scroll wheel start to fail within months.

nothing but problems with this mouse, such a pain to get it working. constantly have to reinstall the GG app to have my mouse work. Cant use it when wired. randomly slows down during use. Overall horrible experience with it.

Broke after 3 months sensor went out do not buy!!!

This mouse constantly turns off and stops responding while I'm using it. I've updated the drivers but the problem continues. No other wireless mouse has behaved this week. Don't waste your money.

The “200” hour battery life is a flat out lie. I have to charge this thing every day and I’m pretty sure there are less than 200 hours in a day. The steel series software also make no sense

Stopped working when I updated the firmware. Took it in to store and got a smug attitude from the representative that processed the refund.

for what your paying for you’d think it would last long. NOPE, crapped out after about a month
