Does not last as long as expected for the price

First, I found that the battery did not last long so I have used it primarily in wired mode. Over the past three months the scroll wheel has been malfunctioning and no longer scrolls smoothly down a page but instead is jumpy which is really annoying. I contacted SteelSeries Support and they advised me to clean the mouse. I did as advised with no positive result. Upon telling them the outcome, they indicated that the mouse was out of warranty and there is nothing more they could do. Overall, I expect a $100+ mouse to last much longer than 19 months especially one that is marketed as a gaming level mouse that was only used for normal pc usage. Guess I should have stuck with Logitech since my last mouse (Logitech) lasted well over 5-7 years and was less expensive.

Constant Disconnects. Would Not Recommend.

In about 3-4 months after use your middle mouse button will start to go out and it CONSTANTLY disconnects. It's progressively gotten worse. first it was just once a day and it's up to the point where it's every 30 minutes it's disconnected for 5 seconds which me playing an intense FPS is a huge no-no. so if that doesn't bother you this mouse is GREAT.
