I use it using the wireless dongle but even with that it disconnects at least 2 times a day and I have to scramble for the usbc and unplug it and plug it back in in order for it to reconnect. Major inconvenience especially if you’re using it for competitive gaming where something like that can cost you the games

I have large hands, and even when doing a palm-grip on thr mouse I struggle to reach the first row of thumb buttons. Theyre also positioned in an aggressive slant that makes it difficult to tell what button you’re pressing. Would not recommend to anyone looking for an MMO mouse.

The buttons are too squished because they went with a very low profile mice. The buttons span a very large area making it very uncomfortable to use all the buttons on top of them being to small. They should have gone with a bit taller mouse like the Logitech and Corsair offerings.

The mouse truly is ultralightweight, and looks great! I love being able to see the mechanical side of things, and the meshed see-through design displays the internal components of the SteelSeries - Aerox 9 Wireless mouse with an elegant backlight display. The SteelSeries - Aerox 9 Wireless is extremely responsive during gaming, and just right for normal computing activities. I have had issues with other gaming wireless mouses that move the scroller too fast and cause me to miss my intended targets on screen. This mouse provides precise movement in just about any gaming/computing activity. It was SO easy setting it up via Bluetooth. Toggle the switch to the Bluetooth setting, go into your Bluetooth setting in your device, and select the Aerox 9 mouse from the list. I had it connected in under one minute. Something else that I really love about the SteelSeries - Aerox 9 Wireless mouse is the programable button on the side of the mouse. They are numbered 1-10 and can be mapped out to your desired configuration. Although it can take a bit getting used to, it is a handy tool to have. The SteelSeries - Aerox 9 Wireless mouse includes a data cable, extension adapter, and a USB Type-C wireless dongle, which is perfect for Mac users. I would definitely recommend the SteelSeries - Aerox 9 Wireless gaming mouse to anyone.

Not staying connected while wireless, randomly disconnected even while wired. I also owned the mouse for less than a year and now it just doesn't turn on. Steelseries customer support also might as well not exist.

Buy a mouse that isn't over $100 that doesn't disconnect all the time. I all the updated drivers too so not software.
