    right out of the box mouse wasn't working properly (cursor was lagging, stuck on bottom right of screen) so I updated the firmware using steelseries GG software. firmware update said success. mouse then no longer worked at all, was stuck on endless connect/disconnect loop regardless of connection method (usb, dongle, bluetooth.) Tried multiple computers, reinstalling gg software, resetting mouse to reset firmware and nothing worked. Mouse was bricked out of the box. Seems that issues with connectivity are very frequent with many cases all over the internet. I would not recommend this mouse.

    Best mouse I have used hands down. Performs great in both FPS and MMO games. 10/10 would recommend.

    The mouse is comfortable to hold and glides effortlessly. However, the firmware/software currently does not allow you to use the additional buttons... which is why I purchased it in the first place! They say they're working on it.

    Battery life is abysmal, have to recharge daily. Additionally, the scroll wheel malfunctions, it will scroll up when trying to scroll down. This is appears to be a known issue with no solution.
