This is a common issue apparently. My newer one however does not have the issue so maybe they fixed it.

Great looking feels good in the hands but the side buttons are to small and close together for anyone other then a child to use …….for the price it’s very disappointing for anyone buying this for mmo games Shame Also what’s with the waste of lighting having to led strips on the bottom of the mouse

I bought this to have buttons for my frequent tasks and it delivered! If I could change one thing, it would be making the buttons a little… more dense. They feel a little flimsy at times, but you get used to this and learn to appreciate it. Which is why I’m not removing a star for it! Also, fantastic software support.

A little big but smaller than other mmo mouses

I'm a fan of MMO style mice, this is is easily my favorite because of the shape/weight . I had a hard time pulling the trigger on it though because of price, when it went on sale I grabbed it.

I can’t browse online. Can’t switch weapons. Nothing it’s truly terrible. There’s better mice that do it better and cheaper and the qualities just the same. Don’t buy it and save yourself the money overpriced.
