Excellent Gaming Keyboard that is easy on the eyes

The multimedia control is silly simple which is a nice change from having 5 buttons, the screen (while I don't use it much) has a lot of potential. The keys are crisp and satisfying to hit. I would recommend watching a video or two on the keyboard as the keys do make a significant clicking noise that some people might not like (but its a hybrid mechanical, what do you expect). Last but not least, the lighting effects are just plain awesome, which is the cherry on top! Highly recommend

Solid Keyboard - Volume controls aren't good

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The over-all build of the keyboard is solid, the keys haven't faded, or shown any form of malfunction since I've purchased it in July 2021. The two issues I have with the keyboard are with the volume wheel, and the media key below it. The volume wheel has stopped working already, and no factory reset seems to fix it, nor are there any options for it in the Steel Series Engine application. The media key control is difficult to use for skipping tracks; it would have been better to include smaller, separate media keys for pausing, stopping, skipping and rewinding.
