    Great keyboard but I cannot get used to using it. I have only had it for a month and I still miss-strike the keys(hit the wrong one). I have contacted Best Buy and they agreed to allow me to exchange it even though I am beyond the return margin. Hopefully I will be able to accomplish the exchange tomorrow or Monday. It's not the keyboard's fault, it's mine.

    My grandson wanted this keyboard.. He loves it!! I just think it makes a little too much nose when pressing on the keys.

    Has all the features you would expect and need and switches re good, but keycaps and other aspects of construction are poor quality. Keycaps wobbled so much (and seemed unevenly molded) that even with added o-rings I was forced to return the KB and buy a new one.

    Just got this keyboard today. Was excited as it is my first premium, mechanical keyboard. Got it set up and then left it for a bit. Came back and all the lights were out and it is non-responsive. Tried the reset instructions from the Steelseries website, and now it is just blinking red. The Steelseries website is absolutely horrible and lacks any real troubleshooting information. No way I would recommend this keyboard to anyone. Go with an actual reputable brand and spend a bit more. You’ll be better for it. I’ll be returning this keyboard.

    For a $150.00 keyboard its the little things which can ruin it. I've had nothing but issues with one of the keyboard feet coming off the keyboard. After only a few months this should not be an issue and today the foot broke when trying to reattach. I cannot find any way to contact Steel Series about a replacement part, so I cannot recommend this keyboard. My Logitech K350 ($30 keyboard) I've had for 10 years hasnt had any issues. I expect better for this price.

    It deserves a 5* but Best Buy gets a 1* due to it's new reward policy. I recommend the product but just not buying from "Best" Buy. No longer do you get BB points for purchasing items. You have to use BB credit card now. for points. Oh, and member status? You have to PAY to be a member with real benefits. It used to be based on how much you spent at BB. There IS NO incentive now to buy only from BB. I will only buy online from them if the price is significantly lower (doubtful that will be the case) than Amazon, etc. BB lost a 30+ year customer.
