So, I've had what was once the "top of the line" Logitech keyboard for the last seven years and it's served me well. I accidentally spilled a Monster into the keyboard and decided to just go ahead and update. Considerations were SteelSeries Apex Pro, Razer Huntsman Elite, and the Roccat Vulcan. Immediately ruled out the Vulcan (although it is GORGEOUS) due to some concerns I'd read over the software. After that it was a tough call between the Apex Pro and the Huntsman Elite. Huntsman felt solid, nice, was on sale, and the wrist rest is phenomenal, but the keys are surprisingly loud. The Apex had what I believe was an overall slimmer profile, adjustable key pressures, and a USB pass through, but was about $25 more. Depending on what you want either seems to be a great board, but I ultimately went with the Apex Pro and I love it! Immediately noticed the responsiveness compared to my old Logitech (RIP) and the adjustable key pressure is fantastic! Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. I believe the board should be retail $165.00 instead of $200.00 but I also spent the $200 when I could have spent less on the Huntsman. I'd love to give it 4.5 stars instead of 4, because it really is an exceptional keyboard, but there are no half stars and 5.0 stars is too high. Although, if the Apex Pro included a wrist wrest as amazing as the Huntsman's and was about $180.00 I totally would have given it five stars.

I gave up my Corsair kb. for this steel series cannot be happier. a lot of options and a lot of customization. keys are fluid and are adjustable for travel. Expensive but worth it.

very good keyboard. right now its the best Ive ever owned even comparing it to the k95 plat. I have a feeling Im going to be sticking with SteelSeries for some time.

I needed something with more linear keys for osu! and after using this keyboard for a few days, I will never lower my standards to anything less!

Great upgrade from my Corsair keyboard, feels more solidly put together, the wrist pad could be a bit bigger.

Awesome features like different profiles with customizable actuation points. Love how it automatically switch’s to a chosen profile when you open applications or games

Love this keyboard! The adjustable keys are great for gaming and on the lightest setting doesn't even feel like you've pushed the key at all only registering with the weight of a finger

Great feeling keyboard, but a shame that only the central bunch of keys use the hall-effect switches. the lighting works as expected and the OLED screen is a neat feature. the keycaps do feel a bit cheap. would get 5 stars if the actuation feature get an analog feature for use in games.

Solid Keyboard Second one I've bought they last about 4 years if you take care of them. Steelseries support isn't helpful in general. This series also seems to have a recurring issue, where the keyboard needs to be unplugged and replugged.

The Apex Pro gaming keyboard surprises you with its ease of use compared to all the features it has. The omnipoint adjustable keys are fantastic for both typing and gaming.

This is the best keyboard I've ever owned. Way worth the price and pairs beautifully with my QCK Prism. I Just want to keep typing on this thing forever.
