One of the LEDs bugged out after about a year of use. Overall a good keyboard if you are willing to risk some of the components having longevity. Personally would not buy again.

Worked great for the first year, but as soon as it was out of warranty the keys started to fail. I'm two years out and the key inputs only work half the time - even if you lift up the key caps directly and press on the switch it will fail. It's not usable for talking to friends, much less games.

Definitely a decent keyboard but the OLED is really just a gimmick in its current state and the SteelSeries Engine app is buggy.

Very good gaming keyboard and nice lighted up keys.

Not the biggest fan, the keys are super sensitive to the touch and will hit other keys by fat fingering

i had it about a month and returned it. the keyboard wasnt a bad one, i just didnt like how soft the keys were, i dont know if that makes any sense. but when you press a key if felt gushy.

I returned this item because I saw zero difference between these switches and the silver switches. I prefer the 60% keyboard so I ordered a silver switched ducky one 2 mini instead.

Great product. Enjoying it so far. Easy to setup.

Very good keyboard. Key repsone time can be changed to make the keys click as soon as you touch them and it been my favorite keyboard i've every had

This would have been amazing. I'm a top 500 NA Overwatch player and constantly looking for new, improved stuff. (Yes, im a girl; no, I don't play mercy). Unfortunately, it seemed to have some quirks that seemed almost defective. Alas, I had to return it and go back to my Ducky. Others may disagree, and maybe I got a defective one, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great keyboard. HORRIBLE software. The RGB app is full of bloatware that Steel Series tries to force on people. There is a known bug that messes with audio devices upon updating GG(software to control keyboard).

OLED died within less than a year, now that the OLED display is dead I have to physically unplug and replug the keyboard in every single time I reboot

Wow, I had such high hopes for this keyboard, but I was wrong. It is way to easy to hit adjacent keys and if you are a speed typer like I am, this is a disaster.

Mac's, doc, KVM users AVOID. All gimmicks nothing else. These work as Red switches...they just had another product to their portfolio. Not necessarily is plus. Very finicky software. Lights are the only good thing.

Bought it not for gaming. But easier to see keys and the extra light helps.

Had to return this great keyboard due to the lighting not working properly in Steam games. Half the lights go off and it resets every round. Very annoying to deal with lights going out during matches.

Love this keyboard. Would recommend to any gamer.

Worked good for the 1 year and 1 month that I had it. Now the space bar gets randomly stuck when pressing it which is really annoying. For a keyboard that cost this much I thought it would last at least 2 years before breaking.

The left shift key stopped working a day or so after I got it. The keys felt mushy to me as well. Keyboards are pretty personal and subjective, but I didn't like this one. The software wasn't very good either.
