I can tell these are outstanding headphones as the audio is incredible. Unfortunately, the mic isn't compatible with my Lenovo laptop. Anxious to get a set that will work as I need them for teaching via Zoom.

Doesn't work with windows 10, no surround sound, but for 20$ you pick up the ROCCAT juke external soundcard, and it turns quality to an arctis 7 headset, for about half the cost!

Overall comfortable headset, Mic quality is garbage no one can hear me when playing on PC with splitter cable. Sound quality is good enough for single player games.

Very nice had said the only problem I have with it is it's kind of a hassle to set up because on the box it says it has a program you can use and then you have to contact customer support to find out that it's no longer supports the headset

I have been using this head set for months now and only have one minor tweak I would make to its design, I would change the cable type from a one to 2 plus to a 2 to one plug. other than that I would not change a thing on this modal.

Great sound quality but tight fitting. Ended up returning for arctic 3. Much more comfortable and great sound

Needed for your home office setup to make and receive calls with ease.

Very comfortable but the mic is low and you have to adjust it or raise your voice. I would spend the extra cash and invest in a better model.

Audio in comparison to my previous HyperX is better. But these headsets are clearly cheaply made as its only been about 6 months and the mic/audio started giving me some problems cutting in and out every now and then. The cushion on top has started coming off and I have to constantly snapping it back in place. I don't throw my headset around or just it all day long, I use it during my casual gaming sessions but they should not have gotten this damaged this fast.

Couldn't get it to work with my PC. Could be me, but I tried everything to get it to work with Modern Warfare Warzone/Battle.net and I ended up returning it for a Logitech

original headphone died less than a year from purchase and I purchased an extended warrantee. shouldn't it have been replaced and the new headphone covered in extended warrantee free instead of paying again?

Although this is not the best headset I've used, that is fine because I paid so much less for it than others. Thus the somewhat worse (and by only a very little, never really noticeable) sound quality is fine.

Bought this for my grandson to use for gaming and he loves it. I’ve not used it so can’t give adult perspective but he’s very happy. No issues so far and a no brainier to install - as in plug it in and play.

This is a good starter set of wired headphones. The microphone splitters are fragile because mine broke and I had to buy a replacement.

Presently, my son has a gaming headset but decided he needed an upgrade and got this one. He is completely satisfied with the quality of the product and highly recommends it

My son was planning on returning these, however, he fell in love with them while he was gaming. He decided to keep them so they must be great! At least that’s what he tells me.

Bought for my 11 yr old ,who has gone through like4 headsets now. He loves it. Says it's the best he has had AND it hasnt broke yet. But, I got the insurance policy on it for my own peace of mind.

I needed a zoom setup quick and they worked reasonably well. But in retrospect I wish I had went with an all in one camera.

To me everything was great about this headset except for one thing, the detachable microphone. I like the idea of it and thought it was cool at first, but immediately after I started using it I was having problems. The mic would barely come unplugged with the slightest movement and I would be talking for a few minutes before my friends would tell me they can’t hear me. For this reason I don’t recommend this headset, unless the one I got just happened to be faulty which might be the case

They are good for the price! The quality is average but they serve the purpose I bought them for.
