Right speaker blows > 5 uses

I had the laptop volume at medium and the volume level frin tge SteelSeries on half way when I heard this weird noise. After I heard that weird noise, the right speaker completely died out. Even when I used this headset for gaming, I could barely hear anything even when I maxed the headphone out to see if my hearing was going bad. I am truly disappointed that > 5 uses and 13 days after the product is not returnable the right headphone went out. Not only am I hesitant to purchase another set of "gaming headphones" but I really can not recommend a product.
