These were a bit too bulky for me and it sounded Ike I was under water when I was talking so I returned them.

Headset is okay. Other headsets out there for gaming systems i have found to be better.

You get what you pay for. The sound quality has almost no bass.

Over all, I wasn't impressed with these headphones. The design looked good but the ear peice was uncomfortable and seemed to almost "suck" my ears in, to the point that it was uncomfortable. Audio quality definitely needed improvement but the microphone seemed to work alright

Purchased for my 10 year old so he can talk with his friends while gaming. Three weeks later the microphone stopped working. Hopefully I can exchange for another one but due to the unfortunate circumstances Chicago Best Buy’s are closed.

I had bought these April 16th of 2021 and 4 days later April 20th, they started acting a bit strange. I hadn’t noticed much while playing video games or anything, but when I watched The Nanny using these headphones, I noticed the sound was off. One ear was less loud than the other and I thought, maybe it was an issue with the sound of the episode, maybe I had just heard a weird part of it, I bought these 4 days ago there’s no way these headphones are the problem! But then I moved the headphone jack wire (not the connector part that was still in my laptop) and discovered the wire was doing the weird working-at-a-certain angle thing! I did end up exchanging them for a different brand of headphones, but the shock of them acting this way after 4 days!

In my experience with it, the mic stopped functioning within the week I bought it. The headset itself works fine, but I was mainly interested in the mic and was disappointed to see it not functional after such a short period of time.

Not as good as I thought. I might need to get a better pair. Still using.

I own the arctic pro as my main headset but needed a back up. They get the job done but the sound quality is reduced. Decent for the cost.

It’s horrible for gaming very low volume output bad

My product comes close to 2 weeks late and has come defective. It worked for a total of 6 days before I couldn’t hear anything but static. I’m on vacation currently but have to now return it when I get home. And I don’t even know if I still have the packaging. Highly disappointed considering I just got a ps5 and want a headset to go with it but had to wait 2 weeks for this. P

Weak structure that audibly creaks loudly while you wear them. Uncomfortable fit.

microphone doesn’t work and can hear a big echo of myself

The audio end is very flat and hollow. You will have to do some heavy tweaks to your system iq to get it to be remotely acceptable. The cans then bleed very bad in to the mic, which I'm told has a bad hiss too. Do not believe and review 3 stars and up because those are fake. This from an audio engineer.

At first I loved this controller I was really impressed with it's build quality but sadly it had a short lived time with me. As I had to return it within a week I cannot recommend this product.

Don’t buy. Absolutely the worst wired headset on the market. The wire is made of the worst material and will tangle making it useless. They need to pull this one off the market.

One of the best budget headsets around, lasted me seven years and only had to get a new one because of a cut wire. solid product
