I really like these for the Xbox. They don’t use Xbox wireless and instead use a dongle which works more effectively. The Arctis 9X was garbage and disconnected every 30 seconds. They also turned the Xbox on when you powered on the set which was terrible. These work beautifully. I got the warranty too cause Best Buy is awesome.

Bought this wireless Steelseries Arctis 1 headset for my 14 yr old son (he bought it with his own b/d money) for Xbox One about a month or so ago. He had done a lot of research and this is the one he decided on. So far he’s loving it and hasn’t had any issues.

It comes with 1 month of Xbox game pass and is essentially a cheap version of similar headsets like the 9x. Can easily plug into devices that have USB-C connectors. The mic is removable and all the buttons and everything are very convenient tools of quality.

Bought as Christmas gift for my 13 yr old grandson. He loves this, very happy as he is an avid gamer. Would recommend as per my grandson! Great service by Best Buy. Assured delivery before Christmas and received even a few days early.

This headset is fairly good. So you might be wondering why I gave it a 3 stars vs 5? Well, the biggest and possibly only problem I have with this headset is the dongle that is included. This headset is advertised as an Xbox headset. If that’s the case then why in the heck would the manufacturer make the dongle a USB-C plug instead of a USB plug?! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. They do include an adapter cord that is 3ft long and I hate that even more. Why do I have to accommodate your product that I’m purchasing?! I have not recommended these and will continue to NOT recommend these until it’s changed.

These have been great headphones. They are great for gaming and the mic comes through clear. They are also great for using them as my headset for working from home and they work with both PC and Mac.

The headset is built well and it feels solid. Simple to use, it's just plug and play. Only gripe is the sound is not as full as I was hoping for.

These headphones work beautifully. No static or connection issues. The only issue I have is the battery life on them is not all that great, but they charge up pretty fast

Best headset I’ve ever owned . Lot’s of bass, can get very loud. The wife watches TV and it doesn’t bother me at all while I have them on.

Decent wireless headset. The audio quality is lacking a bit but it does the job. I've had no complaints from others with the mic quality

The sound quality and fit is good, but the mic is horrible. I have watched reviews online and it sounded fine, but when I got mine it was bad. You could hear everything in the background and even my controller when I moved the joysticks. I tried downloading steel series software on the computer to see if I could fix it but and would never detect the headset, I will probably return.

Love steelseries! The only thing I didn’t like was no chat/game mixer other than that a great headset for $100. Has the same speakers of the more expensive Arctis 9!
