Tried to save money, but..

I wanted another headset for my office and unfortunately these are not it. After only a few days the mic would not work and the sound on one side of the headset would go in and out. I love Arctis, I think I might have purchased a defective one. I ended up getting another Arctis 7 and I'm completely happy with it.
