Started beeping after a few months and not charging right.

Great headset. Good sound, great battery life. 2.5 years of use and still going strong.

My package I ordered in December 7 still hasn’t came. It’s now January 1

They echo really bad they aren’t very noise canceling at all.

They broke right away and now I’m not able to use them

Microphone only makes scratching sounds. Rest of headset works fine.

This headset is amazing! I previously owned Astro a40s and these by far are more comfortable and light never had any disconnect issues with the dongle the only slight downfall is not having a built in chat mix for the wireless but if you decide to go wired you can set it to perfection overall this headset is amazing and well worth $100 definitely recommend it for any gamer that wants true wireless (with dongle) for easy connection versatility and just a fantastic built headset i will be buying another pair once the ones i own wear out

Works really well. My head is a bit big so starts up hurt after awhile but comfortable overall

Not a bad headset for sound quality, but can’t hear your voice in voice chat and it’s hard to hear other players even when the other noise volumes are turned down. Lasted about a year and a half then stopped taking a charge.

We bought this headset for our son, who uses it with Xbox One. The sounds is extremely clear not only for the games but also with his friends voices while they play together. We are really thrilled with this purchase and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

The Steelseries Arctis 1 may not be the "best" headset in every aspect, but it is most versatile one I have ever seen. The "Xbox" version practically works with anything that has a USB-A or USB-C port - PC, Android phones, Nintendo Switch, PS4/PS5 and of course all Xboxes (One to Series X). The sound is quite good for it's price, and the cloth-like material covering the earpads keeps it cool. The earcup controls are not overwhelming, and the Steelseries PC software provides some nice customization. The small issues/negatives I can think of are: - The padding of the earcups could have been more thicker - The removal mic is OK, not the greatest. A flip-type one with auto-mute would have been better - The headband may not be the sturdiest out there These are minor niggles, and for the price I don't think that's a big compromise. Compared to the horror I face with the TurtleBeach Stealth Gen 2 for Xbox, this is by far a better unit.

Works great for Xbox and Switch. Only slight issue is it isn't the easiest to mute (tiny switch on left hand side), otherwise fantastic.

I purchased this headset right before Christmas. I had read good reviews and I figured Steel Series is a reputable company. I really like the out of the box sound quality and fell of the headset. The drivers are easily downloaded and the sounds settings are easily managed or changed. Unfortunately, after about a month the left side speaker completely cut out. I checked my device setting thinking it was a problem on my end but it wasn't. I really liked the headset but if it only lasts a month I can't really recommend, but while it was working I was very pleased.

I bought this headset thinking it would be amazing considering it’s a steel series, but personally I would not recommend nor ever look into a steel series again, I’ve always use turtle beachs ever since I was a little kid they make it so much easier for one they have a mobile app to adjust the settings of your headset, instead of going to a computer plugging in the usb I need to connect the headphones and then download a software, maybe if I were playing in pc or using a pc steel series would be better for me but I am simple and just play on Xbox, also the headset felt as if it was squeezing my head and gave me headaches, the game volume was so loud and when I was in a party chat it was too low. The only good thing I have to say about this headset is thag I did like that it came with a wire adapter so if it did run out of battery I could plug it in and continue to play.

Not worth it. Buy something else. Don't know what else to say
