Ok headset but some issues

I plug it in and no charging light . I tried doing hard reset but still nothing . Have had this headset for like 4 months and this is a constant problem

Mic does not work.

Bought them for my PC and have searched and searched for a fix. I have to eat the microphone for it to pick up any sound at all. I’ve installed the steel series program and have all the levels up so it should work but they won’t. Very disappointed.

Connection bad

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first 2 weeks I had these they where fine then out of nowhere they start beeping a lot so I charged them thinking that was the issue but nope then they start getting staticky and now they just keep going in and out of connection and it’s been to long for me to return them so now I just got messed up headphones that I paid to much for and I ordered them online so I don’t know how to return them too so now I’m headphones less with no clue what to do.

People complain a lot about being unable to hear me or it sounds laggy. If you will not be playing online however then get it.
