I was looking for a wireless headset that wouldn't break the bank and the SteelSeries Arctis 1 filled the bill... extremely comfortable, love having the volume control and mute function right on the headset... if this is the quality of the Arctis 1, I might have to pkny up the cash for the Pro model!

Used this as a backup for my arctis pro wireless, while the warranty claim was filled out. Steel Series stood behind their headset even outside the warranty period. works well and works for audio from the switch Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a quality headset with basic features

While I was a little confused trying to set it up initially, it has worked like a dream ever since. Very comfortable and the battery lasts a long time before needing a charge. My teammates sound crystal clear and as far as I can tell so do I. No complaints at all, especially at the price.

Great find and it was on sale! Needed this for Zoom and teams calls, worth every penny! Adapter plugs into computer and wirelessly can attend meetings. Easy set up and reliable. Range is anywhere in the house, I do a lot of chores and listening in on work calls. Highly recommend!

Purchased for my 14 year old. Loves it. Great quality sound. Was pretty costly compared to other brands. Still trying to figure out why these are so much more than others, but can't complain too much. We seem pretty happy with them. Gave them a 4 out of 5 only because of the cost.

Bought as a gift for my brother since I'm familiar with the brand (I have arctis pro wireless). He loves it! Easy set up, way better surround sound than what he had previously (old Logitech), and phenomenal value.

I really like the sound quality from these. However, I don't like that I have to move a dongle from device to device. I understand the necessity, but that doesn't make it any less clunky. I also don't love that it doesn't work on Xbox. As someone that owns a PC, PS4, and One X, I'd have preferred something that works on all three. I find it strange that the dongle doesn't work on all three when it should simply need a driver. That's probably a licensing issue. If you don't mind moving a dongle every time you switch devices or having a headset that's only compatible with half the primary consoles at a time, then this thing's not bad. I can't recommend it, though. I'd have been better off buying something wired for universal compatibility, and I find that fact disappointing.

My buddy in Florida recommended the SteelSeries Arctis line. I didn't want to spend 300+ dollars for a wireless headset of the same quality, so I decided to try this one instead. Can't say I regret the decision. Been using it every day since the purchase, and I have 0 complaints.

Bought this for my nephew, for his birthday present. He absolutely loves it. Its durable, light, clear noise, and game sound effects are incredible. The only caveat is the detachable microphone which can get lost if not taken care of it properly.

Really good headset with a simple UI once you sync it with your pc. I really enjoy it and it’s really comfortable on the ears. Only bad thing is the range falls off drastically when moving away from the pc. But overall great sound and build quality.

You wants quality headsets for a good prices, get these! Sound quality surprisingly good for a $100. Simple setup, no doc or software download. If you want to spend a little more Arctis 7 are dope too. But Arctis 9 is my go too.

Connection with the USB-C dongle is quick and easy. Sound quality is good, microphone works great. My only issue is that it charges over micro USB, even though the dongle is USB-C. Not a major issue, but it seems like they should have just standardized the connections.

The headphones are light and have great clamping force that is tight around my ears all around making them feel noise muffling. Detachable mic is nice. Mic quality is ok. On ear controls are cool. And design is very simple and look nice. The headphones don’t really have that much bass as desired. Also after a few hours of using the headphones my ears would hurt near the edge of the ear because the headphones press them down. I have a pair of Bose headphones which are smaller but are designed where the ears are left unpressed. Also the headband is comfy because it is light but feels very cheap/weak. I think Ima opt for the arctis 7’s because they are just $25 more at the moment.

I use this headset 3-4 hrs per day for a lot of remote video meetings. It's got great range. I like the padding material because it doesn't get hot/sweaty like some other materials. This set also doesn't squeeze/clamp my head like some other popular sets.

In this era of Zoom calls and social distancing, I wanted a set of wireless headphones. The Arctis 1 headset is great for that, No hassle connecting to my laptop, Switch, or PS4. The mic is solid too. Overall, a great set of headphones especially for the price.

$100 dollars for a headset can seem expensive to some or a budget option for others. These are pretty solid for what they are. Wish they were true Bluetooth headset rather than having a little cord to plug in. But otherwise, perfectly fine headset.

Comfortable fit, and the cups form to your head nicely. I've worn it for several hours without it being sore. There's soft padding on the top arch, and the cups adjust up and down. The mic is directional, which helps during telecons or on Discord.

This headset is a great headset if you are a pc/PS4/Xbox and also Nintendo player. I got this for that purpose alone and really enjoy it. I usually get Turtle Beach but this is a wonderful alternative! Highly recommend for a universal headset.

I love this headset. I have been through a lot over the past couple of years and this is perfectly fitted with out being too tight and I love the mute on this.

I am gamer and been always Logitech fan. I was looking for something for work. I need something for work. Need to utilize with Microsoft Teams and with my Samsung Note 10+. This work perfectly and sound great. Battery life is great too.
