Good product, except not compatible with XBox

This particular headset is not compatible with the one thing we needed it for. Had to exchange it for the model that would work with the XBox. Overall the product appeared to be good quality. Waiting on the replacement headset to be delivered.

It comes with a USB-C adapter that connects to the headset in mere seconds, and I've played all types of games, from RPGs to rhythm games, and there's no latency to speak of. If you're on a PC, you can also adjust the EQ settings using the Steelseries Engine.

So in total this was a good microphone so I’ll give it a 3 stars

With the highs peaking constantly and bass notes drowned out. Very uncomfortable to use after 1 hour of use. Would recommend purchasing the artis 7 over this headset

I used to have a much more expensive logitech headset and its quality is bad (went done for ten months), I recommend this one even though the signal quality is not that strong but consider its price, it is a good product.

Don’t expect all the bells and whistles but it’s pretty good sound. Build quality won’t last for younger gamers who aren’t very cafefull with it.
