This product is advertised for gamers, but I bought it for my husband who now works from home. It is great at cancelling out background noise and the microphone works great. Wireless is great for being able to get up and walk around and not be tethered to the computer.

Good price with good mic and speakers. The dongle is a USB-C so it comes with an adaptor for the PS4 which is a little annoying. Also, it disconnects and I have to unplug the dongle to get it to connect again.

Great quality but I ended have to switch out through protection plan after a couple months due to mute button breaking. I did use the button a lot though due to using headset for work and have small kids at home.

This thing has the best sound ive ever seen. For gaming Detachable mic so if you want to watch movies on your console/computer. Very comfy Around the ear. 1000% comfort. I only wish this was a regular headphones coz i would use it everyday.

Got them for my son. At first I was shocked at how expensive gaming headsets are but after a little research we decided on these. They seem to be working great and he says that he's very happy with them.

I really really don't like this headset, for many reasons, but I will start with the things that I do like. Pros: - This headset comes with a USB-C dongle which makes this headset extremely versatile. I like that I'm able to quickly switch from my PS4 to my phone with very little effort. I never minded having a cord for my phone but I do really enjoy the wireless function. - This headset looks amazing. The simple and clean dealing is PERFECT!!! -This headset is really comfortable. It was a bit tight when I got it (my head is huge) but it quickly adapted to my head and now fits great! It's a bit lose bit again my head is huge so it's probably my fault. -The mic is detachable. It's personal preference but that's a pro in my book. -The box is cool? I honestly don't know, I'm grasping for straws at this point. Cons: -Battery Life: It's HORRIBLE! It doesn't last as long as my previous HyperX headset and when the battery is low, it beeps every 30 seconds and dies shortly there after. -The headset has many many problems with staying connected to my PS4. If I go out of range, I need to turn off my headset, unplug the dongle from the ps4, plug it back in, and then turn the headset back on. My old hyperx would stay on my neck when I walked to cvs and reconnect instantly the moment I got back in my apartment building. -The mic quality is trash. I like it better than my previous mic for the simple reason that my previous noise cancelling HyperX would cut off the start of every one of sentences, but this mic has no noise gate or noise cancelling. Don't $5 ear buds have noise gates? -The headset sound quality is TRASH! I don't know what the professionals call it, but the balance of the sound is garbage. I'm sick of my headset sounding like the speakers are going to blow from music videos. -THE EARS ARE SET AT DIFFERENT VOLUMES!!! Seriously, how do you do this? It's not extremely noticable except when I get down to about 15% volume and my right ear shuts off. This is unacceptable. -My mic just quits. I didnt know gaming mics could be lazy but my mic tries to take the day off constantly. I have to unplug and cycle the power on the headset to fix it. TLDR: This headset, for me, has wayyy more cons than pros. The mic is low quality and quits working often. The battery is bad and the low battery warning is annoying and abrupt. The material quality is fine, it's just the technology and battery that isn't as good as it should be for this price. I will be replacing this headset during black friday sales, after only a few months of owning it. Huge waste of money

I use them for my switch & pc For overall rating I give them 5 stars Especially being able to swap be tween wired & wireless, but if I was just using these on pc it would be 4 stars, the audio doesn’t compete with Corsair.

I bought this in for the the wireless feature because my stream set up is all nothing but wires!! It performs surprisingly well in terms of audio input and output. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is ready to switch over from wired to wireless.

I can use this on PS4, my phone, my PC and probably everything else. The versatility plus the quality for the price can't be beat. However, If your looking exclusively for competitive gaming headset with lots of feature or great surround this isn't for you.

These are so great and worth the money. My 10 year old is rough on headphones but these are solid. I like that you can use them bluetooth or wired and the mic is detachable in case you are just listening to something. They are pretty sturdy as well.

I own multiple gaming platforms: PC, PS4, Xbox, and the Switch. As a result it allows me use the phones on each unit. Plug in the USB cable and I'm all set. Also its durable and the mic is adjustable, as you can bend it into an position. J

So far its working well. There are some instances where I would receive drop connections with my PC, especially when watching youtube videos. However, I've yet to experience drop outs when playing games. Microphone is okay a little to short reach my mouth.

Everything about this headset is good but the fact that my ears touch the drivers inside the earmuff part and it's uncomfortable and I have a somewhat larger head than others.

Great headset, great sound cancellation and good quality with good software to give a multitude of audio options. Only issue is how tight it is. I get pretty uncomfortable wearing for long periods and need to take breaks every few hours.

While this controller works great with my Switch and my Samsung Tablet, it has issues on my Windows laptop. For some reason I only get sound in one ear and haven't been able to find a solution yet.

The headset is nice but the clamp force is a lot more than the Arctis 3 giving me a headache. Compared to the Arctis 3, the microphone is the same, the headband is inferior, the ear pads are the same, and audio quality is the same.

So glad I waited to write this review. When this headset was working, the sound was good. Speaking quality on the end of the receiver was ok. After 10 months of using them, they no longer charge and I have tried different "A type," charging cables as the manufacture's website suggests. Today I am online again looking for a new headset, I will not be repurchasing this brand as they were not worth the money I paid for them last year.

Love this gaming headset! I was worried about it not having a fast enough bluetooth wireless connection for my FPS gaming habits, but there isn't any detectable audio lag at all!

This was originally purchased in a panic buy for work at home. My wife is on phone lines for technician technical support. When we couldn't get it to work for her situation, I used it for My Xbox. The instructions were not clear how it interfaced with it but I figured it out. The 3.5mm jack is not high quality. Static will interfere with the connection and I have lost sound due to that factor. The headset will not turn on or off unless the 3.5mm jack is unplugged. The power button does not have a positive click to it and the power on/off time varies. I feel there are better products out there.

I got this headset to replace several older ones that were starting to have issues. I use this with my computer and PS4, and it works great! The sound quality is good with no lag, and the microphone is clear.
