    Overall the units work well, however it really is not plug and play, setup for use with Discord was a bit painful - not as easy as others I have used. Tech support could not help - they wanted me to uninstall both Discord and the SteelSeries software - was not needed, but I did have to reset my voice and video settings in discord to get it to work.
