These headphones have great audio. The 7 channel system is great when playing on PC. BUT, the left speaker stopped working after 8 months of normal wear and tear. Exchanging.

Its light and very comfortable but the material was terrible. It came apart. Might just be because of my larger head shape but still poor quality

Based on 20 minutes of usage I would not recommend. I do not understand the praise these headphones receive. I am no audiophile, but the audio seemed really flat to me compared to the cheap wired headphones I have owned in the past. Also, the ear cups were way too big even for a medium sized head. The headset was constantly slipping off. I recently purchased a Razer Blackshark headset, and while more expensive I believe it is the superior product.

Got these for my daughter for her job as online advisor. She was not that impressed. Spend another hundred dollars and get something better

Worked fine for a few months and then I started having high pitched crackling that worsened to the point of being unusable. Very sad.

They work ok. But where is the mute button? And can we move away from the little micro charger? The darn things always break.

The headset kept cutting out and disabling my mouse. other than that the sound quality was good.

Good entry level basic wireless headphones. Sound is on par with any regular headphones system. Mic works good and is clear.

I got these back in november to give as a christmas gift and they were fantastic up until this week. they make a weird random beeping noise and for a few seconds after that the sound cuts out and gets crackly. and of course I can’t return them now. so they were great for a few months, but we can’t seem to find the source of the issue or a solution

Works good but not completely WIRELESS for the xbox. Kind of disappointing.

Bought this headset about 6 months ago and have been using it almost daily. Started falling apart about a month and half ago, where the headband started getting loose and wouldn’t hold in place, and now has started to come completely apart. Contacted customer service via email for warranty support, they asked for a video showing the issue, which I sent a few days back. No response from them to help resolve the issue or honor their warranty. For the price paid, I expect it to last more than 6 months. I would not recommend this product, better to save a little more and go with a brand that will honor warranty in case of any issues.

Works for what I need but not really great quality.

I returned this product for no compatability with xbox on a wireless platform. Wired is the only option with an xbox. It is not the brands Other than that it gets fantastic reviews on youtube and feels super solid on your hands.

I purchased this on May 25, and it worked fine for a few days. Then, on Jun 1, the microphone stopped working. I tried turning the headset off and on, tried muting and unmuting the mike and was successful once in getting the mike to work again for a few hours. I returned the headset and got a replacement yesterday, Jun 3. The replacement worked at first, but would not work this morning when I turned the headset on after charging overnight. When I return this headset, I will replace it with a different brand.

Owned it for 4 months before it stopped working, didn't get the protection plan so had to buy a whole new headset, Id say spend the extra 20-30$ to get something of higher quality.
