Very difficult to interface the microphone with my PC. I have been working on this for over two weeks without success. I have used the HELP Chat Box as well as called into the Service Center without any success. The Best Buy support group for sales was of no help either. I have not worked with the Best Buy Technical Team as yet. I purchased another item that has worked. May have to return this one. Win Some - Lose Some!

Initially loved this but it's stopped working in just 10 months. Random disconnects for no reason. Absolutely the worst customer support in the electronics industry. Some people report months (yes, literally months) before getting a response. They funnel everything through an AI support interface that makes it impossible for you to actually get anything but the simplest answer (they just take you to their pre-existing docs whether they fit or not).

My son got them for gaming and he said they broke already. Had to get him new (different) ones for Christmas. They were good for a few months.

Wasn't comfortable when I first started using these. It also keeps cutting out the audio and it is really annoying. I do not recommend.

The headset never fully integrated with my computer a cyber power i9 pc. Microphone did not respond to all my recording software such as Debut and Webex. I am no newbie to sound setup and I am running win 10 pro so when a piece of hardware won't integrate that usually means poor development. The Bluetooth features failed at about 10 feet not 30. Lastly the right side speakers fail within 3 months.

I bought these headphones last July and probably used them 5-6 times. No more than 2 hours at a time. They worked great back then but now they won't turn back on at all. I haven't used them since January. I charged multiple times with different cables and I reset them. Nothing happens. If this is the quality that SteelSeries is presenting I'm not buying anything from them again.

I couldn’t get this headset to connect wirelessly to our XBox One or Nintendo Switch. I also had several other people to try connecting them but with no luck, at least not wirelessly. It could’ve been because I had 2 of them in the same room but we could only get them working via wires and $100 is too much to pay for wired headsets in my opinion. Not very user friendly AT ALL!!! Returning was a breeze though.

Had to return them in a month lost Bluetooth connection while playing and was on able to connect back

not sure why i keep going back to wireless headsets when they deteriorate...get wired

Works ok, does not connect consistently over bluetooth

Upset I even have to take the time out of my day to go back in return these as it was probably more time than this company actually spent designing and test this product.

Great sound and microphone quality with great comfort without the feeling of something heavy on your head.

It has been a month that I used this headset and... I am going to throw it away soon. It hurts my ears by making weird noises. Please do not avoid this product at ANY COST!

I bought this for my son to use with his switch to play fortnite. It worked for two days and then the microphone quit working.

Microphone didn’t work right out of the box. Wish we would of rested before we gave it as a present now they have to go in to exchange!!

Ok product just not the quality it was advertised could’ve got way better for price

Poor build quality, audio port broke after a month or so. Will no longer charge.

Purchased for a gift that did not work wireless with new xbox. Returned

This headset was a waste of money and do not recommend it for shooting games.
