    Great sound, very comfortable, and reasonably priced. Be prepared to fiddle with your settings on the steel series engine. The microphone will go in and out while you're talking. Easy fix. Very satisfied with my purchase!

    Got this to replace a broken headset use for online gaming. Returned due to absence of USB connector. Could only be used by plugging into the audio jack. Lack of USB connector was not clear on the box.

    The headphones were fine and the mic was just eh. I used this on a Mac and the software doesn't work with it, you need to have Windows installed in order to use the software to really take full advantage of all the headset as whole has to offer. The strap was uncomfortable after 20mins and there is barely any clamp, but it could have been that it's just not for my head size or shape. The cool part about this headset was the retractable mic. I ended up returning the item, because it didn't suit me or my needs.
