Base could be a bit better but the duel purpose of gaming and wireless music is great. Plus I can take calls and nobody knows I’m playing online because they can just hear me but I hear both if I want that purpose it’s available. 2 thumbs up

Arctis 3 - 6 of one.... mostly ok

Two were fine and working well, but one we purchased was not able to connect to bluetooth no matter what we tried. We had to return this product for a refund. We will probably look for other option next time because of this issue.

Wouldn't charge out of the box once

Even tried another Micro USB cable, same thing. Just wouldn't charge so had to return. Couldn't get another to try again as they were out of stock. Love SteelSeries products but this sucked.

This edition is just broken

I replaced it and the second pair is with the same issue. This is not a problem with BestBuy, it is just this version by SteelSeries. I don't recommend it.

Read a number of expert reviews and for home office use, this seemed to be one of the top picks if there is background noise... the noise isolation for the mic has been great.

Very comfortable tho. If you want wireless for just one room and no further, then they are alright for the price

Strap pops out

It happened so often we had to super glue it into place. I googled the issue and it seems to be pretty common with the headset. For the price that shouldn't happen

I think my teenagers think that everything should be built to be indestructible. So far this headset has kept up with the abuse of a teenager gaming session..

First of all, do not say that something is wireless and works with Bluetooth and it cannot connect to a PS4. The audio was not that great. There was sound distortion when hitting certain frequencies. I returned it the next day for a Logitech 7.1
