Faulty out of box

I could tell something wasn’t quite right when I first put them on but I thought maybe I needed to adjust. Then the right ear just gives out. And will not come back on. Very disappointed.

Poor Audio Quality While Using Microphone - PC

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.From SteelSeries themselves: The Arctis 3 Bluetooth switches between two profiles, A2DP, which is one-way, and HFP which is two-way, but much lower quality. If you're running an app or game that uses the mic, then you need to have both your default playback and recording devices set to the Hands-free device in Windows. Windows will automatically switch playing audio to the two-way (and lower quality) audio device when it detects that the mic is in use.

The worst headphones I've every had

The popping doesn't show up on any other headsets, the microphone problems don't show up on any other headsets, and I have 20$ pairs that are more comfortable and provide better sound quality when speaking. Without a doubt, the worst headphones I've ever had, I'm going to avoid steelseries loot like the plague, and I'm a bit frustrated that COVID kept me out of the return window.

Loved it while it worked

High price for short life

Exactly a month after my one year manufacturers warranty expired, the left earphone died on me. I took great care of them, but it looks like planned obsolescence to me. They should be ashamed of this.
