RGB around the outside of the headphones makes it for a great aesthetic look. Mic quality is superb, I've owned and tried many headsets, and for the price and functionality, it far surpasses any of them. My only wish was that it was wireless.

Trying to find a headset that sits comfortably while wearing glasses is hard. The Arctis does well and doesn't put the strain above my ears from glasses. The lights are very customizable and the sound is amazing.

Lightweight and very comfortable. Good sound quality both ways. Feels and looks well constructed. I am concerned about the couple small connectors used to plug into the headset and also into the volume control that could wear out over time.

I wear headphones 12-16 hours a day for work. These are the most comfortable headphones I have ever used. The headphones sound good but once Steel Series Engine is installed you can customize the sound to how you like it.

This is a nice headset, works well for pc, and decent with Xbox.

enjoy the sound quality and comfort of these headphones with my XBOX. To many different cables, mic cord, etc... Could not get it to work with my new 4K tv which is impotant to me. I will be taking them back to Best Buy for an exchange.

The sound balance knob is awkwardly placed and should be a separate piece or something. Also, the headset should be able to be shortened a little more on top of the head. Sounds quality is great and overall comfort is pretty phenomenal.

I needed something quick because my previous headset broke and I fell for the esports hype and bought something I saw in an ad and I pleasantly surprised. Solid sound , quality mic. Perhaps the best part is the headset comfortability

Sounds great and feels comfortable. They don't get uncomfortable after long periods of usage. In the past, I had an over the ear headset that played back your voice when you talked. I miss that feature. Besides that, nice headset.

I haven't used these on PS4 or PC yet as I do most of my multiplayer gaming on Xbox. The sound quality is great. One flaw that most people have with this unit is the echoing while in party chat. I found a fix to the issue. You have to hit the Xbox menu button on the controller and scroll to the right to the audio settings. From here, the first option "Headset Volume, needs to be turned down to 70%. That's 3 shifts to the left. There aren't numbered percentages. You're all set. No more echo. Now if you're gaming with other people in the room you'll hear them more now. When not in a party chat crank them up and enjoy the surround sound. Also an fyi; these wired headsets go through some batteries. Use a plug and play unit or rechargable batteries.

I purchased this headset after my Razer headset finally died. I love my Razer but it was just too tight for my head. These headsets have plenty of room and don’t squeeze hard on my face, without causing my ears to ache. Volume control can be adjusted to allow chat to be heard over game sounds or vice versa. Love the SteelSeries headsets

Very nice head set. Feels very light on your head. Sits flat when not in use. Helpful swivel. My son also has a set. We have tried many. These are the best value over all. Good mic. Not too loud but they are crisp. Buy em'!!!

I bought this headset primarily for PS4 gaming (Destiny 2). My old Playstation Gold headset gave up the ghost earlier this year but I had taken a hiatus from gaming. A friend of mine swore by the Arctis headsets from Steelseries, so I decided to take the leap. The first headset I picked up had a defective mic, so I had to go back to BB to swap it for a functioning unit, but I couldn't be happier. I just plug in the USB-3.5mm jack cord into the controller and away we go. I like that the mute button still works even if you don't use the USB mixer that comes with the headset for PC. One of the things I hated about my Playstation Gold headset - no button to mute the mic if you ran out of power and had to use the 3.5mm jack. All in all very pleased with the sound.
