I tried 3 different headset's the Razer was the worst , the Wireless Arctis 7 battery life was not good , when it was low u could not hear any 1 , This Arctis 5 Wired , is Amazing the sound quality you can hear a pin drop and the Headset is so Comfortable the band fits your head perfectly never gets heavy on your head at all. I sat around trying to pick out a good pair of headphones for the gym and these are better than I could babe ever expected! The battery seems to last forever, the sound is amazing and loud, the bluetooth range is amazing,

They headsets work great! I love that I can choose to lower game sounds or discord while wearing them makes it so much easier when you are trying to play a game and people won’t stop talking. The downside is that the headset doesn’t adjust so it is a one size fits all. But they work great! I would recommend over the Bluetooth ones any day!

They fit comfortably and the clarity is really nice

I bought this headset and it was amazing. The quality of it was insane. It brought my gaming to a whole another level. I used to not be able to hear players come around corners but with this I could. I recommend this headset it’s probably one of the best.

Great sound quality .. Comfortable to wear for extended time

These headphones are great! I'm not an audiophile by any means so I have nothing to say on the audio quality but I love how easy they are to use and the side buttons. My steel series engine did not recognize them which is a little annoying, but that is more a software than hardware problem. They are fairly comfortable.

I was skeptical about this purchase, but so happy I went ahead and pulled trigger. I bought a new desktop for WFH / gaming...first in 20+ years. Wanted to go ahead and upgrade headphones at same time. Sound and build quality of these was WAY better than expected.

Just fantastic in every way possible. Great sound and easy to use. The software beats the Razer software hands down. Pretty sure I’ll be transitioning all my razer products to steelseries just because their software is so much better. Awesome headset.

I ordered these headphones for my son’s birthday. They were exactly what he wanted and work great. We had a hitch with the delivery. I moved this year. I have changed my address in the system both online and in store, but the address keeps auto populating as my old address. I discovered that the item was headed to the old address when I received the shipping notice. I immediately started a chat with the service center. Another set was immediately shipped to the correct address and arrived in plenty of time for his birthday. The address was updated…again. I ordered other items again shortly after. The address in the system popped up wrong again at the delivery section; it is correct in one part of the system but apparently can’t be changed in another??? Not sure what needs to be done to fix that, but it certainly is a glitch in the system.

The headphones are a super good value and theyre very comfortable. Having a USB connection eliminates most compatability issues that come with a 3.5mm connection. Important note: If you're buying an item shipped, Best Buy's shipping packaging is sub par and may mess up your box, or worse your item in transit.
