Great Sound, bad mic - on Xbox One

The overall sound quality was excellent. But the mic had a constant buzzing and high pitched whine to it. Not at all good for use in game chat. Wish it worked better, because it was otherwise perfect. And very comfortable. Returned it and got the Arctis 9x... Having mic issues with that as well, and found that mic issues are a common problem with SteelSeries headsets (per the online community). This is overall disappointing as the built quality, comfort and sound are excellent. It's only the mic that fails.

Comfortable headphones that dont squeeze on your head but also dont shake off. Their mic is one of the best for a wireless headset but wired will always be better for microphone quality- and the pc software kinda sucks. Theres a common issue that sometimes the headphones wont charge or turn on if powered off on low battery. Only fix is a reset button on the inside of the left ear cup under the mesh

It should be noted that this is not a TRUE 7.1 headset. It is a 2 channel stereo headset with software enhanced 7.1 DTS. However, I will also say that it works just as good as any true 7.1 and better than most. Remember that most FPS games like PUBG and Tarkov do not actually support anything other than stereo sound. However, with these you will have no issue pin pointing where sounds are coming from. The software is awesome and not bloated with crap and the comfort is great.

I use this headset every day for work. The sound quality is excellent, and the band that rests on top of the head make these really comfortable to wear. I like the fact that these can be configured with a mic sidetone so you don't feel like you're talking with your hands over your ears. The only negative is that they're on the heavier side (but again, the band on top of the head helps), and they can make my ears a bit warm if I wear them for a long time.

These headphones are perfect. They last me two days on a full charge, if you care about cables on your desk there's two. one for the charger and one for the wireless connection that need to be connected with usb. the connect arent the best, i dont live in the biggest house and these take my from my room to almost to the backyard. (my room is across the house from the backyard. they're very comfortable. a little bit heavy, they slip off my head when im looking down.

I have been using SteelSeries headsets for years, and I love their entire line. I finally needed a wireless one and love this brand, so it was a no brainer to get the Arctis 7 Wireless, it has good sound quality, works great for meetings as well as gaming. Since I'm on calls all day comfort is a priority and this headset delivers all day comfort with little to no fatigue.

This is my second set of these and I have since bought 2 more. I love them that much. The sound is and mic work well but the best thing in my opinion is the comfort. Most headphones drive me crazy and I can't wear them for more than an hour or so. I can wear these for hours without discomfort. I bought an extra set for a backup, one for the Playstation, and one for a gift. Highly recommended!

Quickly connects to and works great with PS4 and PC. The headband design makes the Arctis series the comfiest headsets I've ever worn. The Arctis 7 has softer ear cushion compared to the Steelseries Arctis 9X for the Xbox One, which would be useful for those who wear glasses. Battery lasts for days of heavy use. Only issue at all is that the mic doesn't always stay down where you would want it (unlike the Arctis 9X). Otherwise, a flawless headset.

This is the ultimate gaming headset! I game primarily on PS4 and I was struggling with finding a headset that would sound great and stay connected until I found this headset. The charge lasts for a very long time, the sound is great and I have not had any connectivity issues (the range is quite great)! I would highly recommend this headset to any gamer.

Headset looks good and feels great on your head. The skiband headstrap is an excellent idea, and works. The Airweave earcups are comfortable, and allow for a semi-open back feel. Sound quality is excellent, with pretty decent surround and EQ options (lots to tweak on PC). The chatmix dial is amazing. Allows you to rebalance game and chat audio to your comfort level. Great when you need to quickly silence annoying players to concentrate on your audio cues. Mic quality is only average. Solid Purchase.

I found myself needing to replace a Logitech headset, and after scouring the web for reviews, I settled on these. After buying it, I can tell you there's a good reason this is the most awarded headset out there, The sound is incredible. The mic does a good job of hiding background noise while picking up my voice. I can even eat chips while on Discord without the crunching being heard. And, topping this off, it's the most comfortable headset I've owned.

I purchased these headset on recommendations from some pro gamers for myself to use while playing fortnite with my grandson. I love them. Super easy to get set up. The sounds are clean and crisp. The mic works very well and people have commented on how good I sound. The voices I hear over it are nice and crisp as well. They have very comfortable ear cups and a headband. I would recommend them for anyone.

I personally have only used 3 different headphones so not A tremendous amount. But since having use this I have totally change the way I play games. The sound dynamics are amazing you can hear footsteps close and far away. I had an issue initially where is the battery doesn’t last long but I returned and got a new one The battery last at least around 12 hours of play time on my ps4. Then I get a yellow/red blinking light n charge it. I haven’t ran the battery out completely. Great headset though

Really nice headset that I'm still getting used to. Sometimes accidentally mess with volume/output dials, but that's a user error that isn't the fault of the headset. Great sound quality, a bit of noise-cancellation that I'm surprised is not advertised, and VERY comfortable. Much more so than any PlayStation-specific or Turtle Beach headsets I've used before. I have a big head and the band it uses is perfect lol.

Overall i would rate this headset as top notch, however it is the first one I've ever had for the purpose it was intended. Sound has been fantastic and controls seem to be well placed. Haven't yet used the microphone. It is very comfortable to wear for long periods without any heat up as the cans have a nice depth to them. No RGB on these as they must be intended for the senior gamer (I very much qualify),
