Customers are saying

Customers have good things to say about the sound quality, comfort, and battery life of the Arctis 7 Wireless DTS Headphone:X 7.1 Gaming Headset. Many appreciate its wireless functionality and comfortable fit. However, some users noted that the bass could be improved, and a few experienced issues with volume control and the charging port. Concerns were also raised regarding the software's user-friendliness and the headset's price point.

They work great up until the point where the poorly designed charging port will start to become loose and not charge with the USB cords. Then you will ask customer support for assistance/return and without a photo of the paper receipt you have (which lucky for them most people don't save) your RMA will be denied. So if you want to speed $160 on some headphones that will last a little under two years these are the headphones for you!

Very nice headset. The idea is great. The fact you connect them to your gaming system or hide the mic and use them as a headphone set. But the quality of sound isn't that good that's why I give it this rating

Overall quality was 3/5 sound quality 2/5 Eq had to be really tweaked to sound average. I bought razor man o war instead. That is my favorite headset I ever bought.

I got it for my 20-year-old son for his birthday. We returned it the following week because it didn’t even come close to comparing with his $40 turtle Beach headset. Both wireless.

I bought these trying to save myself money on getting an expensive gaming headset. It didn't even take me an hour of using it to decide that these weren't going to cut it. They sat funny on my head, and played sub pair audio from what I was used to (Playstation Pulse) I ended up exchanging these for Astro A50's which were over double the price point but dramatically better quality. I'd say if you're prone to long gaming sessions or have a larger than standard sized head, this headset isn't what you're looking for.

These headphones were ok but not really good for gaming so returned to the store for another brand. Very weak bass and tinny sound.

To my surprise these headsets were a disappointment. If you like gaming with punchy bass and crisp clear highs and mids these aren't it. As for comfort these are light and soft on the ears. They don't hold to your head at all so if you move to much they will fall off. I had to recommend a great gaming headset that will work with all consoles, pc ,and mac I would say go for the lucidsound ls40s.

Use these for the PlayStation 4 and have to unplug USB of headset if you use your tv speakers. The max volume is ok but plenty other headsets surpass these.

I spent 2 hrs trying to get it to pair and it didn NOT pair!!! Software is too complicated, and the package comes with a lack of instructions. If you need help good luck, they have no phone number so if you want to reach them, you have to either mail them or email which takes 24hrs for a response!!! Worst headset I've ever had!!!

I used these for about a week before returning, they are very uncomfortable and are made so that you cannot make them fit well. The steel band is not made to fit your head and the cloth strap makes them very tight on your head. The ear cups are to small for my ears and puts pressure on the back part of my ear. I guess they would be ok for a child or someone with a small head but not mine.

These do not have the chat/audio mix. There is a knob but DOES NOT FUNCTION with PlayStation 4. They’re for computer gaming. I am returning these and am super bummed because theyre the comfiest headset I’ve ever used.
