    Left Earbud Failure

Like the title says, after about 1 weeks, I had the left earbud give little to no audio. The week I had it, there were no issues but I couldn't do ANC as it made me feel sick, that is a me problem but worth noting.

First time ordering from Best buy online and having delivered. Once delivered and opened no earbuds just empty box and I reported right away. They reviewed it and said there is nothing they could do. They couldn't even replace the item. So upset will never order from them again. It happens from reviews I've read but they treat it like no big deal.

Was hoping for AirPods Pro, but for PC. Not really great sound for the price you’re paying. The Arctis nova pro wireless is still their best offering. The mic on these straight up do not work no matter what you change. It IS possible to have decent mics on earbuds like these.

I really liked these until the right ear bud began making a constant low bass sound after just over three months. I’ve factory reset them multiple times but it always come back.

    Arctis gamebuds PS5 version review

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Bought PS5 version. Satisfied with product. Bass is better than average for TWS earbuds and overall sound quality is great. However some games do have a crackling sound that emits during low sound effects. App has nice features and battery life is better than average TWS earbuds as well. Even with volume limter setting off, volume is a bit too low on PS5 but that seems to be a PlayStation problem. Maybe with future firmware updates, this can be improved. Overall, best gaming earbuds that are out right now in my opinion.

    Good earbuds for extended use

I am happy with my purchase. I've used Sony linkbud S, and Pixel A buds prior to these steel series. I have small ears and comfort and stability is important to me. The Sony and Pixel earbuds would hurt and cause discomfort after 30mins of use or so as well as start moving out of place if I talk or move my jaw in anyway. I've used these steelseries for several consecutive hours multiple days this past week without any discomfort and I've only had to reposition once per session. The Bluetooth and 2.4ghz modes have also been convenient when receiving phone calls while playing games, however as they do advertise these buds do not give simultaneous audio from both sources, so while in the call I would not get any sound from the PC. This can be good or bad depending on situation or your setup but it works for me. I think the artist nova headset will do simultaneous audio if that's what you are looking for. Battery life has been good. They did not die on me in use during an 8 hour session so I'm happy. I haven't done any in-depth testing of charge rates and dissipation but I'm sure there will be someone who does. Audio quality is great, no complaints from me there. As for the mic, it's just okay. Even playing around with the settings it's no replacement for an actual mic. For me it does what I need. I give it five stars for working as advertised and meeting my needs.

Sound quality is not bad for earbuds. Doesn't beat IEMs in terms of sound quality but the trade-off is a TWS with great battery life and strong connection. It's a bit pricey, if this was $150, I would give a 5-star.

One of a Kind -- Ignore Bad Reviews

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

HenryW's review is completely wrong about everything he said. His device(s) is/are likely the issue, not these earbuds. He clearly didn't read the product info and thinks that these are dual channel audio. They're single channel and you have to manually switch between 2.4 and Bluetooth. Despite a horrible experience actually purchasing this product in-store, I'm very happy with the product itself. - Amazing audio quality - Crystal-clear transition between 2.4 and Bluetooth using triple-tap button command - Case battery lasts multiple days with constant use - Impressive microphone quality, tested for multiple days at my job as a phone tech support agent - Decent active noise canceling, great transparency mode, satisfactory physical ear-plugging effect, tested at a punk show with 100 decibel music - Generally intuitive default commands - Powerful and fast audio customization via SteelSeries Arctis mobile app - Additional detailed gaming customization via SteelSeries GG

These are the best earbuds I have ever bought. They have better noise cancelation then Jabra and sound quality is on par with all other SteelSeries products. They also fit in my ears more comfortably than any Jabra, Samsung or cheap set of earbuds I have bought in the last several years. Would highly recommend.
