Quality item works well long battery life and fit to my ear well

Takes some work to get everything sounding how u want, but app is easy to use! Switches quickly between devices. Microphone isnt great so i use a secondary mic.

Bought as a gift for a friend, they work great for gaming, very little latency. And the sound is pretty good considering the price.

I think the product is good. The quality of sound by default is not the best when playing video games, but overall, I recommend it.

Hands down the greatest earbuds I've ever had. But steel series has never let me down.

I got these to stop using my over-the-ear Arctis Nova 7 and protect my hair from the headband; ironically the main reason i went with a Nova. I have been using these primarily with my PC and the reciever with comes with for the last two months. I would not recommend them for microphone quality, but it works in a pinch. Its hard to justify the cost at the moment coming in at around $180; fortunately i had a few coupons that helped make this a worthwhile purchase.

Not the best headphones. Just ok. Not sure about value for this price.

Very easy to use, easy to connect and also last very long. I been enjoying this alot. Had my doubts but i love it.

Had the Soundcore VR P10 and wasn't relaly cutting it, i tried the sony gaming earbuds and the ROG earbuds, and these. Ended up buying these as i can swap on the fly between 2.4Ghz with the dongle and bluetooth, but ofc if ur on the 2.4 and u get a call, youll hear and can answer the call as priority if anything. these are legit!

Great headphones for gaming especially since it’s wireless

So apparently there are 2 itterations of these buds. One set that works on Xbox, PlayStation, switch and PC...and one that works on all previously mentioned minus the Xbox. Obviously after researching to see if they will meet my needs, I clicked and ordered the wrong ones. When setting up they non Xbox buds are called arctis buds and the Xbox compatible buds are called arctis buds x. This however is not listed that way here on best buy. Plus I'm not sure why you'd want to buy the set that doesn't support a certain platform, when the other equally priced set does. Anyway, they seem to work as advertised and I love the inclusion on qi charging for the case on PC/console earbuds. No I can use the. As my everyday earbuds.

Great quality, easily connects to ps5, very customizable through the steel series app

Ive had/still have many Steelseries products and have been pleased with them until these ear buds. I had non stop connection issues mainly in one ear bud, even with my pc only 3 feet away. Literally every 5 minutes one bud would completely cut out for about 20 seconds until it reconnected, then rinse and repeat. It made them just unusable and i was forced to return them. I also wasn’t impressed with the sound quality overall especially from a Steelseries product.

Constantly disconnects right next to the computer and then you have to play a game of putting the bud back in the case and taking it out and hoping it reconnects in the first couple tries. Can't walk more than 1 room away or same situation when you get back. Microphone always sounds like you're far away. At one point the right earbud just started playing feedback nonstop and I had to figure out how to do a factory reset on them to get it to stop. The app liked to switch your default sound device every time you docked the earbuds to charge them for more than like 30 minutes. Maybe mine are just bad, but I was too late to return them with BestBuy's 15 day policy so now it looks like I wasted money. Just ended up purchasing a logitech yeti mic and some regular jbl earbuds and have had 0 issues since. Cant use a regular headset anymore due to skin irritation issues that came about so decided to give earbuds a go. Used steelseries mice for awhile with no issues but these do not live up to the quality i was expecting.
