plug in and your good to go! sound quality is amazing, fits nice, very light weight.

The headset is comfortable and I like the retractable mic.

headset is great , pretty much a solid audio, rests comfortably. only problem is that the jack that plugs into the controller is fine to start but you need to turn it after a while to get a better sound orr to speak ....i have had this problem with other controllers in the past.

I have owned products from another big name gaming component company exclusively for the last 14 years and finally decided to branch out and try something new. I went with SteelSeries because I recognize the brand name, heard good things about them and their pricing is great. I picked up the Arctis Nova 1 Headset and two SteelSeries keyboards, one for myself and one for my husband about a week ago. I set up my headset two days ago and straight out of the box, I could only hear out of one ear. I disconnected and reconnected the cord at all parts (three connections, three pieces - PC to another cord and then that cord plugs into the headset). I was then able to get sound out of both ears but within 5 mins or so, it cut out and I was back to sound on only one side. The only way to fix this was to unplug the middle cord piece and then replug it back in. I would have sound for 5-10 mins and then it would cut out and I had to do the same thing again. It was like this the entire time I tried it, up until about an hour ago when I returned it for a replacement. I understand that with electronics you will sometimes get duds. The thing with SteelSeries is that my husband set up his keyboard two days ago as well and the Windows key wouldn't work! Mine works fine but his didn't. Having 2/3 products purchased come to us with defects is not a good ratio. We did the exchange and things seem to be working well for us now and I do like the sound quality and feel of the head set so I will keep it and see how things go but I would be lying if I didn't say I was worried about the quality.

Good quality no complaints. Comfortable to wear for hours of gaming. Cool lighting effects as well.

Really good quality sounds like I'm in the game. The padding on the headphones don't weigh too much so it doesn't hurt my head to much the wire is placed weird but it doesn't bother me that much overall good headset for it's price

Made from high quality materials while still maintaining a comfortable all around feel. This headset is the most versatile headset I've ever had wit the ability to just swap the cable to suit whatever your needs may be. Over all a very good all around headset!

The USB dongle is plug-and-play on my Neon (Ubuntu derivative) installation, and appears as Arctis Nova 3 in the audio device settings. Good sound quality, much more durable than my previous headset. Please note that on Linux, you still can't change the LED color, but if you're wearing them, you won't see the light anyway

Quality headset at a reasonable price. My son has been very pleased with it as a gift.

The headset has a comfortable and snug fit. Everything works as intended with the headset audio and mic quality being good enough for the price tag. Overall I’d say it’s a solid pick for anyone looking for average priced headphones.

Very great quality and I love the adjustable band. The only concern I have is how short the cord is. If I could I would go back and just buy the wireless. Unless you want to be right in front of the tv.

cool head set that i use for working from home. very comfortable. i love the mute button on it and the noise cancelation. would recommend for any gamer or someone who needs a head set to work from home.

Comfortable Earpieces. Retractable mic is a convenient feature. Clear sound quality in chats and from game audio. This is probably a top 3 headset for me, especially at this price point. I feel anything more expensive really starts to show diminishing returns in comparison to this headset at this price.
