    The quality of the cable is poor. When working, the headset works good. I have gone thru two sets and two cables. The Customer Service from steel series is awful and slow. If your in your 30 day Best Buy period, return them.

    The volume level for this headset is just to low. I tried to stay cheaper for a headset and you get what you pay for. Upgraded to turtle Beach recon 700.

    The headphones are ready to use, right off the bat. The remote can change the color of the headphones, so you can the motif.

    They were good but remember to get the warrenty with it cause they tend to break almost yearly, I always had to come back and get a new headset that was even worse quality than this one cause they never had the one I need in stock. Save yourself money and get a senheizer headset

    Headset is a bit too tight, even with extending it all the way. It might get loose over time but I've no idea. Sound quality could be better. Comparison made with a similarly priced Corsair Void Headset.
