    I used to love it for one month maybe... then the driver... no sure get disconnected i has to reset my pc agsij refles the drivers... then again and again... nightmare

    The right ear just stop working after 2 weeks of use I would not recommend this product to anyone else

    Sound quality is good along with the different cords to plug into different platforms. But pluged into the xbox controller, I have tried everything but still can't get the mic to work..

    The female headset jack connection on the headset started acting up after a week. I have to wiggle it around to get it to work.

    This headset has a poor manufacturing defect where the plastic headband connects to the earpiece on each side. This can cause the plastic to snap on a tiny fall (such as less than 2 ft from desk onto carpet).

    The headset was amazing for the first 6 months of owning it. Soon as it got past that point the sound quality kinda faded. When I got to the one year mark the swivel broke and I had to hold it up with a rubber band.
