I ordered it because it said on the description. It's a noise canceling headset, but it is not. Still not a bad product.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He’s not very happy with them because there’s a strong echo when gaming with friends. Unfortunately, he threw the box away and we can’t return them. It works fine if he’s playing alone.

Poor mic quality. Wouldn’t recommend these the comfort was good but the mic was not good.

Horrible sound quality, our other son bought a less expensive headset and works great.

Using this headset with pc was kind of difficult. When using this headset with Discord people would say that they either couldn’t hear me or that I was way to quiet. Even if I turned up the output sound all the way up they still couldn’t hear me. The application that you have to download didn’t help change anything either. I only had the headset about 2 days and ended up returning this for a different headset in the end.

Mic not very good on this item, test on different computers with the same result.

Decent product. Not horrible but overpriced for quality

Had it as a replacement for the arctic pro for a couple weeks, it works but audio in games were cutting in and out. So glad I bought the arctic pro again.

Good Temp Headphoes. Mute buttons fails and Microphones is very Hard to push in and pull out.

These seem to be good quality and the removable cord design seems promising. Time will tell.

Good value headset. The pull-out mic is a good feature.

The product was broken out of the box. Would not purchase again. Best buy did make it easy enough to return.

For what it's worth, you're better off buying a more expensive headset for the quality. The headset is ok for its price but the microphone needs improvement. The only reason why it isn't 1 star is because the headset overall isn't bad, but the parts that make it are done better with other headphone around this price.

Worked good for a while but started getting static

I purchased this based on reviews saying the sound was good. I found that it was ok at best. As was the pick up and noise canceling on the mic. I also didnt find it very comfortable. For me, I wouldnt recommend it to a friend. This was a same day return.
