I was recommended this brand and headset by the employee but its honestly one of the most frustrating headsets I've ever had. There are so many small tech issues and quirks, like if you leave the headset plugged in to the computer, turn the computer off, then turn it on, the headset won't work. you have to unplug the headset and re plug it in every time which is annoying. Will randomly have really loud static even if the volume is low both on the computer and headset. hate being jump scared by my own headset when just listening to music. sometimes the volume won't change when adjusting both on the headset or pc, went threw all the setting and nothing could fix it. it just happens? even just setting it up you have to go threw a lot with the brands website make an account and download their weird external app. for the price I thought I was getting a good headset but its not worth the headache or the price. never buying this brand again.

Good headset, flexible and sounds good, noise canceling is a bit iffy at times. Same with the volume notch

Eliminates background noise, unlike all the other headsets I’ve had which pick up every little sound

10/10 vv good headset would buy again in the case that this one breaks

Exactly what I was looking for. I love the bass!!!

Garbage mic and connectivity. Did not work as expected starting from the very first time I used the headset. The microphone is so quiet and drowned out you have to yell just to be heard even slightly, and when you are heard it’s like you’re underwater and speaking through a fan at the same time. Waste of money.

Good for a budget headset but sound quality is kinda trash, as I bpight the blacksharks a while go and these are horrible compared to the razer blacksharks

USB Malfunctioned while I was using them to work from home. I had to end my shift early. Only had them for 3 months. Very disappointing! Great headset otherwise.

Not a fan of the sound quality and it dose not fit my head properly.
