Good Headset, Sounds Great, Mic is perfect for games and Discord, very comfortable if I had to complain it would be having to use the app to change some settings.

A great headset, very comfortable and great audio to wear as well

The headset itself is tight with you properly grip your head and stay in place, but loose with that it doesn't feel like it's pressing too firmly on your head. The sound quality is pretty good, with the bass coming through pretty rich for a headset under $70. The built in mute button and volume controls on the headset are great and easy to use, and the included headphones-microphone splitter cable adds about another 2 to 3 feet of cable if you need to plug it in to a far away jack.

These are reasonably nice headphone. Comfortable on the ears, reasonably adjustable, sound isn't bad and has a retractable mic. They have inline volume and mute on the back of the left side. They lasted about 7 months. The mic started to not always be recognized in programs and at first reconnecting would fix it. Then they wouldn't come back up without a full reboot. Today Discord sees the headphones, but not the mic. We'll see how the warranty process goes.

It has excellent sound, fit, and quality of the material, but lost a single star for having too short of a cord without having the adaptor connected.

For a budget headset i'd recommend. Price point is great for what you get. Good bass & excellent surround sound lets me track footsteps accurately. Audio is clear and better than my astro's which were double the price. Only complaint is fitment. Has headstrap which can be removed to make more space. I have plenty of hair so i don't mind however i imagine can be uncomfortable. Also earcups are uncomfortable after an hour or so. So long gaming sessions get uncomfortable. Overall though i like the mic and will use it till i can't anymore.

Good sound, and fairly comfortable. I especially like the inner band. Ear cups are just big enough to not cause discomfort over long sessions. Build quality is ok, it's all plastic, but sturdy enough for light to moderate use. Mic is lacking, but it's serviceable and what I would expect for the price. Probably would have bought a comparatively priced pair of HyperX if it had been available at the time. In my experience the build and sound quality of HyperX products tends to be superior in many ways.

[Employee of bestbuy] For gamers who like flashy RGB and fancy sound effects and stuff, get this. It's a decent affordable set that can be modified with steelseries controls. For me, I have to give it a 3 stars. It does the job, but kinda overkill for me. I would not buy this again, but I would not tell people to not buy it. Me personally, I don't have the steelseries app due to having switched to Linux. I just want wired headphones with 3.5 MM only and with some noise canceling and simple universal compatibility and less bells and whistles. I also just want the rawest uncompressed analogue audio, and this looks digital. Also, they're not the most comfortable for my head, but I wear glasses so that might play a part of it.

Bought these for working on Zoom after getting tired of ill-fitting, poor-performing headsets. Mic is great and I love that it's retractable. Headphones are lightweight and comfortable. Wired option prevents repeated loss of bluetooth connection to computer. Very happy with this purchase.
