I was recently transitioned back into the office and wanted a quality USB wired headset. Hooked up the device through USB C (headphone to pc) and installed the SteelSeries software (wasnt necessary to use with PC). Sound is customizable, along with the lighting on the headset. Sound quality and mic quality are wonderful. The noise canceling isn't great but good enough for the distractions of the office. Music quality is top notch. Would buy again.

This headset is great, the sound is crisp and I like the noise canceling in it. I wear glasses and it is extremely comfortable to wear. My only complaint is the mic, it is not super clear for the type of gaming I do. I ended up purchasing a different mic. But if your voice quality doesn't matter to you than the mic is just fine.

Bought this item on sale as a replacement for my Logitech Pro X. While the mic quality is tiny bit worse, overall the comfort level is better and sound quality otherwise is on par. As for the RGB it's pretty basic and fine. However, if you don't care for the RGB, you may want to consider the cheaper Nova 1. Aside from what's been mentioned, I would recommend this to anyone who wants a solid workhorse headset.

Great for the price I got it for - sound cancelling and comfort is surprisingly good, which I didn’t expect, given how inexpensive it was. Sound comes through excellently, and folks on discord say I no longer sound like a monster (using old Logitech mic before). I have only had it for a month so I can’t say how good wear and tear will be, but the strap design on the top helps me to know it’s going to last longer than the flakey pleather runner ups I’ve used in the past. It’s secure and of a good material. Only reason I give it a 4/5 is that I wish it was a swing boom mic, because sometimes I’m fumbling trying to align the mic just-so, to store it away into its slot.

For the price, there really isn't any issue with this headset. The sound quality is pretty nice, though I'm not really a fan of the software in terms of the being able to change different audio. Thankfully it can be disabled but to each their own! I'd say the mic quality is pretty good as well, doesn't sound bad and overall this headset is like a feather and worth the investment!

these 'phones' deliver clear, high quality sound at any volume, are comfortable to wear and are a great value for the price. also they came with the Best Buy cadre of sales associates, the geek squad and with insurance coverage to cover any undesirable results, and covered accidents to make them an even greater value

I purchased these for PC Gaming and paid $49.99 on a Black Friday sale. SteelSeries headset's are one of the best, Cannot go wrong. This pair is more lightweight compared to Arctics 7P+. The sound quality is decent for the price and I like the volume button on the left earpiece. I do not like the volume button on the cord which is on other brands at this price point. I also own the SteelSeries ARCTIS 7P+ WIRELESS for my PS4 & PS5. The weight of the ARCTIS 7P+ headset is more heavy, better quality and nicer finish. Overall it’s about what you are willing to pay and if you want wireless or wired headphones. These are a very good value for the price.

My ears hurt so bad whenever I wear a lot of different headphones brands but these ones NEVER hurt my ears! Usually I have to give up sound quality especially with gaming for comfort but with these ones, I finally get the best of both worlds!

These are reasonably nice headphone. Comfortable on the ears, reasonably adjustable, sound isn't bad and has a retractable mic. They have inline volume and mute on the back of the left side. They lasted about 7 months. The mic started to not always be recognized in programs and at first reconnecting would fix it. Then they wouldn't come back up without a full reboot. Today Discord sees the headphones, but not the mic. We'll see how the warranty process goes.

The sound is crisp. Very sleek nice design and looks good. Feels good on the head too.

Good Headset, Sounds Great, Mic is perfect for games and Discord, very comfortable if I had to complain it would be having to use the app to change some settings.

Fantastic headset! Great audio experience. The cord is super long and great for use on a desktop. The foam padding on the ears are super comfortable. The strap on the top is adjustable and also very comfortable. The RBG lights on the side are very nice and minimal. Audio settings will have to be adjusted and worked with. It is easy to set up and get working but there will be feedback to begin with so settings are really important. The audio is fantastic and no complaints during my streams. Well worth the money!
