Screw fell out of earpiece within a month even treating them gently. no replacement screws available at store or online. Had to find something on my own. Will probably go with something else next time

When it was working, it was the best headset you can get for the price you pay!

Great headset, not built to last.

Soon as it got past that point the sound quality kinda faded. When I got to the one year mark the swivel broke and I had to hold it up with a rubber band.
